How long does it take for an item to be shipped?
We generally go to the post office every day. Orders are packed at 7pm each night. If you order Express Post after 7pm, we will do everything possible to get your order in the post the next busienss day. Once the parcel is in the hands of Australia Post, it is then out of our hands how long it will take to reach you. You will though, receive tracking details so you can see where your parcel is once it leaves us.
I would like to order more of an item that what is available on your website.
We don’t keep a large number of each item (this allows us to keep a much wider range of items). If you would like more than is showing as available, send us an email with your request. We source all items from Australian suppliers, so are able to get stock reasonably quickly in most cases (subject to supplier availability).
Can I get you to send to a friend as a gift?
Absolutely! Just include your friend’s address as the shipping address and we will send it straight to them. You can even ask us to include a hand written note from you by leaving details in the note section at checkout.
Can I purchase wholesale from you?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer wholesale prices. We are a retailer and purchase all items from suppliers ourselves so are not able to offer wholesale prices.
I saw something on your website in the past and it is now not there.
Let us know what it is, and we can let you know if we can get it back in again for you.
What about gift wrapping?
We wrap each item individually in brown kraft paper.
How much is postage?
Standard Parcel Post is $1 and Express Post is $20 per parcel.
